This gluten free creation had fondant-covered rice krispy center, while the flowers and leaves were on gluten free cupcakes, one of which contained a hidden immunity idol. Our friends’ daughter was having a Survivor themed party, so the cake wasn’t just a part of the meal, but also a part of the game. I put an actual candle where the torch was, giving a very cool effect when lit. This was the first ‘official’ cake I made after being on NGB 4, and I could hear Buddy’s voice in my head, demanding clean work and fine details. It felt good to deliver on all accounts, especially without a ticking clock over my head!
